i guess, you are right, some ppl there disagree. but look at the fact, USA system is running by law,not by gov’t ,but China is totally a police country, no matter what party is always right. the justic system is in USA is fully independent, which have rights bring the gov’t to the court, but it is not just possible in china,no one able to think about it.

There is some people in Guantanamo who would disagree. Human Rights are not a “convenience”. “now you live in the West” … Who gives us the “right” to determine what is Right and what is Wrong? So China executes with impunity, well so does the USA…

you know whats human right? the simple answer is, now you live in West, and you can say whatever you want, you can criticise whoever you want, can you do the same thing in China? for sure, you would be in prison.

you know , my neighbor from england, when we mentioned about the asia vist of obama, first words from him was that obama were going to attack china by human right? this time, i saw the BBC news, they said china is a terror countries, Apparently, BBC totally ignored the improvement of economy, life level, health care, especially education. I am a chinese, i felt no difference from australias, but china in 1970s or before, most like current africa, CCTV is worse for they totally paid government
