He has opened doors that many had closed after your last administration. What you Americans should know is that the crises is not only in the USA. Europe is in many countries catastrophic. Families have to leave their homes to uncertain future. I think it’s quite obvious the man had a say in the writing or approval of the jokes. I’d be surprised if he didn’t.
Yes, Obama is a figurehead and a feel-good celebrity for Americans, but he does have a say in the running of America.
Besides, this fact, the man is a number one selling author and constitutional scholar. He does quite a lot.
You may not like the man, but you can’t begrudge him elementary facts about his character and background.

People are talking about how great Obama is in this clip (and he is quite good) and all I wondered was if he wrote the jokes. I know he has speech writers, but it isn’t immediately obvious that he didn’t write his own jokes, or at least help to write them. I’m sure he had some say in it.

here is the true president of the state of human beings …. i mean look at the speech and the reality of those expressions and ull find a hero in him ……one thing we humans shud not do is gauging it by the results or occasions u feel tat he is incapbale , but rather believe that he is the one … and we need some of them , imean those breed of humans to make us united as a secular state ..as INDIANS., and i am an indian. just wishing tat someday i wud get a lewader like him…
