  1. But Eiglish may be one of the most common language for official use at the U.N. you did not know that !! people in the world speak Eiglish !! come to EU or some developing nations people understand Eiglish but japan !! where is English education in Japan ?? always count on translator ! that would be good idea !!

  2. What is your point exactly? If you attend the UN General Assembly you will find that each nation has a translator in a room to listen to the speeches and translate what is spoken into their home language. Why is it so unusual for Japanese politicians to have English -> japanese translators so they can listen to what Obama is saying? Japan depends on the US in many ways, Obama is trying to reassure the Japanese govt and people that they are safe under America’s protection. To increase relations.

  3. but it is not necessary to use translator plus , he is our president !! no yours !! and we are disappointed at him now !!!

  4. Look closer, many members of the Japanese audience have a earphone in their ear. A translator is listening to the speech and translating what he’s saying to their ears.

  5. Obamas the best

  6. Hm…that’s not going to be very easy. When did the next Nintendo DS come out again? :D

  7. He’s basically telling them that he will buy less Asian exports to save American jobs and that Japan should try to sell their products somewhere else.

  8. @ MANABUR AND geofiles. Only you can make a difference.

  9. I still do not get it !! Even though people in Japan do not know Eiglish , why he is speaking to japanese people in Eiglish ???

  10. Here is a fact; Obama has already borrowed more money then all the previous U.S. Presidents in history.
